Service-Oriented Provincial-Centralized Transmission and Distribution GIS Platform

摘要：

This paper introduces the major focus for the service-oriented provincial-centralized transmission-distribution-integrated GIS platform,its architecture,application deployment and key technology. Based on versioned power system model and graphics repository on Oracle,independent from third-party GIS software,the system provides spatial information application server of real-time performance,network builder and WebGIS control component. For optimal performance,the database storage has been optimized and smart incremental client cache has been implemented.
