Scheme for On-Line Monitoring System Based on Smart Converter Substation

摘要：

The necessity and possibility of On-Line Monitoring System (OLMS) based on smart converter substation is urged with analysis of EHV DC power grid development and the application on digital substation technology under State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC). With comments on OLMS and its application in all operating converter substations under SGCC for the time being,a solution of OLMS is actually proposed on the basis of smart converter substation development.
