Research and Implementation on Digital Line Monitoring and Management System Based On WebGIS
Accompanying with the speeding up of the scale of grid is becoming larger and larger. GIS Technology promptly adapts itself to the construction of the electrical power information platform with its intensive ability of management analysis towards spatial information and manifestation to the visual spatial information. In this paper, technique about WebGIS is firstly introduced, and then the system and structure of ArcGIS Server is analyzed. The main framework, data management and functional modules were introduced. Following the description of key technique functions (such as Spatial Query, Fault Location of Power, etc), we take the analog operating environment in real time monitoring system of Shanxi provinces transmission line for example, the basic tests for each functions are conducted. The result proves that this system is practical and stable perfectly to satisfy the requirements of the platform construction of power grid informatization.
