Study on the Coking Property during Burning Process of 1t/h Biomass Boiler

Biomass is one kind of organics generated by plants through photosynthesis,including plants,animals and their excreta,garbage and waste water and other organic.Biomass energy is a source of energy needed for human development and infrastructure.Biomass power is an important way to effectively use biomass resources.Direct combustion of biomass is the first used traditional method,which is an energy conversion process without chemical conversion,biomass converted into fuel.However,biomass fuels are of high chlorine,high alkaline,high volatile,and low ash fusion point,the problems of corrosion,slagging and coking during their burning will be caused.Through the analysis on thermogravimetry experiments of the coal,compressed biomass and original biomass,burning rule and burning process were studied,the burning characteristics were analyzed,the reason and affecting factors of coking were researched,and corresponding technical measures were put forward
