APPLYING FRACTIONAL DERIVATIVE EQUATIONS TO THE MODELING OF SUBDIFFUSION PROCESS
Subdiffusion is a fractional Brownian motion described by linear equation with fractional RiemannLiouville time derivative. We present the procedure of solving the subdiffusion equation for the system with infinitely thin membrane. The procedure exploits the Greens function and the boundary conditions at the membrane, which are taken in the general form as a linear combination of particles concentration and flux.
