Return in B2C E – commerce Enterprises
With the rapid development of the Internet technology,the enrichment of business model,B2C e-commerce has become an important business mode. Under the conditions of unusually fierce market competition in the field of B2C e-commerce and the price factors in modern market under the condition of high transparency,return services,which might make enterprises bear certain expenses,have become an important part of enterprise competitivenes,. This article will analyze the market behavior of enterprise from the angle of return services cost,and establish the return decision model of B2C enterprises on this basis,and then make the main parameter sensitivity analysis of the model with the application of the software Matlab.
