摘要：

Sustainable Equilibrium Evaluation(SEE)is a kind of project evaluation appoach combined with the concept of sustainable development.It measures the economic,social and ecological value of project by using the eqrilibrium of option game,reasvbility of Outsize Engineering Projecr(OCE).By utilizing the sustainable equiliburm evaluation model,the ecinomic,social and ecliogical value of The judgment fot the feasibility of the corresponding projecr will also be given a more reasonable foundation of agent rationall begavior.
