Analysis of the Growth of Chinas SME Board Listed Company in 2008 after Financial Crisis
On the basis of existing literature, this paper selects nine financial growth indicators to build a corporation growth evaluation model by using factor analysis with the sample of 218 listed companies on SME board in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2008. Dividing the sample into two groups by comparing Tobins Q value to the mean value, the paper verifies the efficiency of the model of business growth by using independent T-test. According to the single-factor score as well as integrated factor score calculated by the model, the paper puts all 218 companies into order.
