Hybrid Channels Coordination with Product Differentiation in E-commerce

In e-commerce environment, the conflicts between manufacturers and traditional distributors in hybrid channels are very obvious. The strategy of product differentiation in channel coordination was analyzed. It shows that there are some different influences on different channel members in various degrees of the product differentiation. Then some solutions which have some help for achieving hybrid channel coordination are proposed.
