Research progress of gaseous pollutants emission in sintering flue gas in China
Sintering plant is the major pollution source of iron and steel industry. Sulfur dioxide(SO2) emitted and Nitrogen oxides(NOx) emitted from sinter machine takes 60% and 50% above that of total emission of iron and steel industry, meanwhile sintering has been concerned for its PCDD/FS emission in flue gas, accounted for 30% of total PCDD/Fs emissions in China. So SO2, NOx, FCDD/Fs emission in sintering gas is very important. The situation of pollution and technical progress about SO2, NOx, FCDD/Fs discharge at sintering machine in China is described in this article. At the same time, analysis the feature and development trend of these technologies. The following goals for the development of pollution control of sintering gas in China are also offered at the end of the article.
