CNC Machining Technics Studies on Large-sized Sapphire Lens

摘要：

CNC machine tools which were used with highspeed and special tongs to solve problem of difficultly machining 276×160mm sapphire by mechanical lap. Including choice of abrasive tools and cutting-tool,special tongs that was designed and made intentionally,as well as sapphire lens processing technology design. A series of processing experiments,yield tests and the method of ANVOA (analysis of variance) were described in this paper. A set of complete CNC machining technics for sapphire lens was also given.
