Study on the Development, Influence Factors and Suggest of Industrial Ecology
Ecological industrial offers significant economic, social and environmental benefits, not only to individual firms, but also to a collection of firms. However, there are also several major barriers that have to be removed. This paper sets up a definition for the ecological industrial, and analyzes the drivers and limitations for its successful development, finally propose good suggest on the development Eco-industrial Park (EIP). The definition comprises of: definition of species in an ecoindustrial park; the structure and function of an eco-industrial system; the classification of the enterprises as producers, consumers, decomposers, and the interactions of each component in an ecoindustrial park. The paper offers suggest for improving their successful development and long-term viability.
