Difficult Position and Outlet: Chinas Low-carbon Economy Road

The low-carbon economy, as a new economic development pattern, has evolved day by day into a new rule to regulate the global economy and social development. In the first stage, there lie more restraints such as energy structure, industrial structure and trade structure. Therefore, we should set up a low-carbon economy development road by means of responding activity, formulating national development strategy, increasing the research and development dynamics, innovating developing new ideas, adjusting industrial structure, guiding proper consumption style and broadening the international cooperation. Then we will go out a low-carbon economic development road with Chinese characteristics.
