Research of B Enterprises Strategic Performance Evaluation Index Construction Based on Social Responsibility
Traditional Strategic Performance Evaluation System pay attention to financial perspective and disregard corporate social responsibilities cannot adapt to enterprises development. To meet the need of overall evaluating enterprises sustainable development ability, basing on absorbing the anterior fruit of Internal and External research, this paper proposed the idea to use the Balanced Scorecard as a basic tool and regard social responsibility as an important indicator of enterprise performance evaluation index system. At last it carries out empirical research of B electrical supply enterprise; we use key performance indicators and analytic hierarchy process to construct index system of enterprise strategic performance appraisal base on social responsibility. Then carries out empirical research of B electrical supply enterprise, use key performance indicators and analytic hierarchy process to of enterprise strategic performance appraisal base on social responsibility. In practice, enterprises could choice indicators and set weight reasonably based on the status and conditions to construct Strategic Performance Evaluation System.
