Development of Chinese Forestry Industry: Government Function Improving and Financial Support System Building

摘要：

Under international trends of the development of low carbon economy, due to the unique advantages of ecological forestry resources, forestry industry will play more and more important roles. As for Chinese forestry industry, many issues exist. Its development is closely related with two aspects: one is to improve the functions of government managing forestry public resources and commercial resources, the other is to build forestry financial support system including advancing forestry property reform, improving forestry property mortgage, developing forestry insurance and etc.
