Develop on On-line Test System of Cutting Force Base on Single-chip Computer

摘要：

Using metal cutting theory to research detecting cutting force on-line rationale and test principle, take electric motor input power as intermediate value, uses a way which of the direct measure stator winding transient voltage and the electric current to test cutting force, to realize monitor on-line catting force of the machine tool. The concrete has designed the single chip computer systems hardware principle structure and the test program structure and the main module flow for which test real-time cutting force.
