Development of Lengthening I-beam Steel-work Automatic Welder Based on Open CNC System

摘要：

In order to meet the needs of particular models Isteel production, design a lengthening I-beam steelwork automatic welding machine. Introduce the body of this welding machine, the fixture of machine, traversing mechanism, positioning and feeding mechanism in detail. Focus on illustrating the motor selection and the selection and installation of guide screw. The traditional system is a dedicated computer numerical control system, realization of process is closed for users, the module function is fixed, the user can not redefine expand the system. Therefore, bring forward a concept of open CNC system design.
