Study on the deep-treatment with microelectrolysis-fenton method of middle-stage wastewater of poplar PRC-APMP Pulping

To solve the problems of the papermaking wastewater new discharge standards and reuse, The mixroelectrolysis-fenton process has been applied to the advanced treatment of middle-stage wastewater with of poplar PRC-APMP Pulping. The effects of operational conditions such as Fe/C, pH, iron quantity, H2O2 dosage and reaction time, have been experimental studied, subsequently the best handles technological conditions have been gained. The experimental results show mat when pH is 4.0, H2O2 dosage is 15nmol/L,Fe/C ratio 1.5, iron quantity10mg/L and reaction time 40mm can make the treating effect best, the removal efficiencies of color and COD. are 89.6% and 754%, respectively, The quality of the final water not only can completely satisfies the new discharge standard (GB3544-2008) Jbut also the recycle requirements.
