Transport planning strategy study based on target integrated safety, health,justice and environment-friendship concepts

摘要：

This paper starts with the transport problems to aim at reducing road traffic pollution, improving traffic safety and emphasizing the role of human being, then integrates safety, health, justice, environmentfriendship concepts into transport planning. From different levels (urban and neighborhood) and the demand of different groups, it formulates the corresponding concrete measures so as to promote sustainable development for nrban road traffic.
