On Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process An Empirical Risks Analysis for Real Estate
The method of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has recently played the most important role in the field of risks management. However,how to deal with the weights assignment for each index is still the key point of the process and not yet fully solved out Based on analytical hierarchy process,this paper brings forward a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which bridges the traditional difficulty arising from the weights and the fuzzy comprehension. Further in the study,taking the real estate investment operation into the model,the model brings the expected running result,which not only shows the quantitative institution design for the control of its risks,but also verifies the feasibility of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model proposed in this paper.
