Psychological Contract Assisted Knowledge Collection Based on Wiki

摘要：

Knowledge,as a competitive resource,is becoming more and more important in recent years. Knowledge collection gains increasing attention as well However,the current method of knowledge collection in enterprises is inefficient and not persistent Assisted by the theory of psychological-contract,we proposed a wiki-based knowledge collection method. By using this method,we re-constructed the process of knowledge collection and built a reference model for practical applications. The case study which demonstrated the usability and validity of our method shows that the psychological contract is necessary in encouraging the staff not only to do self-study,but also to share knowledge or experience. Moreover,the wiki system is a natural platform for the knowledge collection. Apart from that,we found this system can promote the construction of psychological contract in the application.
