The Research of Digital Region Appraisal System

摘要：

This article propose a digital region appraisal system which has five parts through the researching of Chinas areal informational constructions and combining the experiences of the foreign informational appraisal system. This article also build the Digital Region Appraisal Handbook and Score Sheet and Appraisal system manual with a set of complete digital appraisal index,its results showed by the radar chart that was very clear and direct-viewing,has highlighted its optimized ratio. Finally it be used to appraise Dujlangyans information construction level to Demonstrate the rationality of indexes.
