A New Academic Model for IT Applied Talents Based on CDIO
The research of improving the general quality of graduates for all the schools and colleges both in china and other countries,is very useful and a challenge in education field. This paper proposes a new model to train IT applied talents based on the idea of Conceive- Design-Implement- Operate (CDIO) and the Characteristics of information technology about computer science. This model advocates building new diverse teaching scheme which carry through the teaching and learning with projects. By this new academic model we can raise a number of IT applied talents with high quality to satisfy the need of companies. Compared with the present of training IT talents,our model based on CDIO can provide ideal effect in college teaching for training the applied IT talents.
