A Novel QoS Guarantee and Sequence Preserving Scheme for PPS Based On CICQ
The work of PPS make the sequence of packets or cells belong to the same stream can not be guaranteed in the output port. After in-depth study and analysis about the existing PPS scheduling mechanism,we considers the problem from the all new angle and propose an novel QoS guarantee and sequence preserving PPS scheme based on CICQ in this paper. The scheme can ensure the packets sequence for each traffic stream and ensure the packets have upper delay bound,at the same,set a small amount of buffer in the multiplexer,the scheme can provide differentiated QoS guarantee for different trafpcs.Compared to the current mainstream PPS design,the scheme is simple and easily implemented in hardware,and also has good scalability.
