Research on the Dynamic Models Construct of Enterprise Reengineering Based on Value Net

摘要：

Owing to the development of Internet Economy,enterprise is facing a strong trend of business environments changing from the value chain to the value net. The enterprise reengineering based on value net is a complicated systematic project,and its an organic system which was formed by organization,procedures,process and resource. In this paper we will research the architecture ,the process analysis and the dynamic models construct of enterprise reengineering based on value net,according to analyze the value net model of the corporation.
