Design of Semiconductor Refrigeration Constant Temperature Box for Experiments Based on Single Chip Microcontroller
This article has introduced the design and implementation of semiconductor refrigeration constant temperature Box for experiments based on STC89CS2. Temperature data are collected by DS18B20. Both the current temperature and the set temperature are shown on the LED digital tube. This design has the measurement accuracy to 0.1 V and the set accuracy to 1 V. With two control circuits,one control the heating system,the other control the cooling system. The temperature limits and the control states of semiconductor heater and semiconductor cooler can be changed by key-presses,when temperature is under the lower limit,the semiconductor heater starts to work,oppositely,semiconductor cooler starts to work while temperature is over the upper limit The overall framework,the schematic diagram and the program flow chart are given in this article. The functions of the design are achieved in hardware platform
