Analysis and Design of Information System for Advanced and Qracticable Technology in Energy Saving and Emission Reducing

To promote Chinas exchange of technical information in energy saving and emission reduction,support the work of choose for advanced and practicable technologies in energy saving and emission reduction,and thus increase the support efforts of the energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies for industrial upgrading and technological transformation of enterprises,this paper firstly put forward a classification and coding standards of information of advanced and practicable technologies in energy saving and emission reduction. Then,the need of users was analysised,and the information systerm of advanced and practicable technology in energy saving and emission reduction was designed. The system will be a public platform for enterprises and technology developers to exchange the technical information. Also,it can provide the scientific tools for policy making and technology choosing.
