The Research on Talent Training Mode of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) Based on Enterprise Coach Technology

The current development of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in China has encountered the problem of structural adjustment,and competition in various sectors is intensifying. The competition on human resources is one of the major problems that every enterprise should handle properly. Nowadays,there are mainly two types of places to hire employees,one is the job market and the other is the university and college. Since the employees hired through these means are not totally suitable for various jobs,enterprises have to carry out another round of training. Because enterprises are not familiar with training technology and mode,the efficiency and effectiveness of these training is not so satisfactory. In view of the situation,a talent training mode based on enterprise coach technology is proposed,which would make enterprises be able to perform normalized talent training just as the process of production.
