The exploration of innovative Professional Training Mode in software engineering — Take the reformation of database pedagogy method for example
This article analyze our existing IT specialty problems and defects which exist in applicative and innovative personnel training. We explore and practice positively from those aspects: the model of personnel training,the reformation of courses,the establishment of practice teaching system etc. We introduced the CD/O engineering education conception into the process of teaching Database Theory. Combined with its content to design the teaching situation,teaching approach and evaluation mode which according to this model Through case method and project-driven teaching etc inspire students learning interest and initiative in order to enhance the effect of course instruction.
