A Prediction on The Fracture of A Hoister Mainshaft in Mine Based on Computer Numerical Simulation
A stress is the main factor affecting accessory fatigue and also an important parameter which represents component quality in forepart Some regulations are taken into account over a design on hoister mainshaft, which guarantee residual and flexible distortions not exist with the mainshaft extra fatiguing and fracturing before its time during operation. Therefore,a analysis of loading conditions-fallacious loading or over loading could predict the bend and distortion from a hoister mainshaft as soon as possible and furthermore prevent the mainshaft from fracturing ahead of schedule . A regularly prediction estimatiom on the fatigue and mutation fracture of a hoister mainshaft in mine is made by use of a computer numerically simulating stress distributing patterns which are monitored and sampled in this paper, which determine the main factors with causing the hoister mainshaft to fatigue and indeed fracture.
