On the Method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Based on the Technological Innovation Ability of SMES

摘要：

The small and medium-sized enterprises have unique advantages on technological innovation. It is comparatively accurate to evaluate the technological innovation of these enterprises by establishing a scientific and effective evaluation system of the innovative ability of small and medium-sized enterprises and to promote its innovation ability. This paper presents the significance of the evaluation on technological innovation of the small and medium-sized enterprises and comes up with methods to evaluate on the technological innovation ability of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Among them,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation provides a new approach for evaluation on the technological innovation ability of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
