STUDY ON THE TRIPLOID CLONES OF POPULUS TOMENTOSA CARR. KRAFT PULP TCF BLEACHING
This study examined the pretreatment effect of xylanase, laccase/mediator system and biomimetic system on the Kraft pulp (KP) TCF bleaching of Triploid Clone Populus tomentosa Carr., and FTIR was used to analyze the changes of residue lignin structure after the treatment. It was found that after the treatment of xylanase, the brightness of KP was increased by 4.2% ISO, 3.7 for laccase/mediator system in the process of O-QP,and after the beaching sequence of O-GIF-QP, the brightness could be improved to 73.5 %ISO. FTIR analysis showed that xylanase treatment improved the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and lignin, and the chromophore group decreased. While the treatment of laccase/mediator system can lead to the increasing of carbonyls group, this is mainly due to the oxidation of hydroxyl group on C α ; biomimetic system was helpful for the decreasing of chromophore group and the breakage of benzene ring in the bleaching process of hydrogen peroxide.
