CHARACTERISTICS AND ACTIVITY SITE OF XYLANASE

摘要：

The enzymatic characteristics, enzyme kinetics and active site of xylanase were researched by using the methods of activity and chemical modification. The results showed that conditions of reaction temperature of 60oC, pH of 5.0 was best for xylanase hydrolysis. And the activity of this enzyme had good stability at the temperature of 40-60oC and pH of 5.0. The chemical modification of NBS、CDC 、TNBS were used to react with xylanase. The result showed that the tryptophan residues and carboxyl made up of the active center of the protein of this enzyme, and was essential in the catalytic site.
