THE REINFORCED OXYGEN DELIGNIFICATION TECHNICAL SKILL OF MAPLE KRAFT PULP
An L9(34)orthogonal test was designed to study the effects of alkali charge, oxygen pressure, the maximum cooking temperature and holding time at the maximum temperature on the oxygen delignification reinforced by LC-30 of maple kraft pulp. The optimal reinforced oxygen delignification conditions were determined as follows: alkali charge on oven dry pulp (as NaOH) 3%, oxygen pressure 0.7MPa, the maximum temperature 105 and holding time ℃ at the maximum temperature 90min. Under these optimal conditions, the reinforced oxygen delignified pulp was obtained with the yield 90.74%, kappa number 7.04, viscosity 545.10ml/g and brightness 50.97(%ISO)。 Compared with the conventional oxygen delignification, the results indicated that LC-30 could promote the oxygen delignification, increase the pulp yield, raise the pulp viscosity and improve the delignification selectivity.
