STUDY ON THE BULK DENSITY OF HIGH CONSISTENCY PULP ENGINEERING APPLICATION IN THE BLEACHING TOWER
From the experimental simulation of high- consistency pulp flowing process in bleaching tower, the scattered sample data: pressure and density difference (referring to the difference of packed bulk density and aerated bulk density) was fitted by using Matlab software, and a good fit regression equation was obtained. The engineering practice dimensions of the high consistency bleaching tower was determined by the regression equation in combination with other formulas, to effectively meet the bleaching response in different kinds of pulp and consistency.
