WET STORAGE OF BAGASSE USING HYPOCHLORITE BLEACHING WASTEWATER
In this paper, the properties of permeation liquor in the process of wet storage using hypochlorite bleaching waste water were studied. The results showed that the property changes of permeation liquor in hypochlorite bleaching waste water system were similar to that of clear water system. The contents of the solid content, COD value and reducing sugar content increased sharply at first and then decreased continuously during the process of the wet storage. To dissolution degree of reducing sugar in bagasse, the hypochlorite bleaching waste water system was better than clear water system. In addition, the chroma of permeation liquor in bleaching waste water system was lower than that of the clear system. The results provided the theoretical basis for the wet storage of bagasse using waste water of hypochlorite bleaching and it was a new idea for saving water and the effective utilization of water in the pulping and papermaking industry.
