RESEARCH ON FLOTATION DE-INKING OF OLD NEWSPAPER USING RESTAURANT WASTE OIL
The feasibility of de-inking with restaurant waste oil was analyzed through studying the composition and nature of restaurant waste oil. The adding position and adding fashion of restaurant waste oil were determined as well. The best de-inking condition of restaurant waste oil was obtained by orthogonal experiments. Results showed that pulping temperature was 60℃, pulping time was 5 minutes, pulping speed was 200r/min, flotation temperature was 60℃ and flotation time was 30minutes. The effect sequence of five factors on the restaurant waste oil de-inking efficiency was flotation temperature > flotation time> pulping time> pulping temperature> pulping speed. At the same time, the effect of restaurant waste oil dosage and de-inking pulp pH value on the de-inking was investigated. Results showed that the whiteness of de-inking pulp increased with the increasing of restaurant waste oil dosage and the decreasing of de-inking pulp pH value. When the dosage of restaurant waste oil was 8%, the whiteness of de-inking pulp reached 50.55%. The whiteness of de-inking pulp reached the top under neutral condition.
