STUDY ON THE OPTIMUM CONDITIONS TMP PULPING BY COMPLEX CELLULASES PRETREATMENT
The effects of complex cellulases pre-treatment on TMP pulping performance from Masson wood chips were investigated. The influences of factors such as enzyme pretreatment temperature, pH value, enzyme dosage and enzyme pretreatment time on the pulp strength, brightness, opacity and bulkiness were analyzed in this paper. Compared to the sample pulp, results show that under the optimal conditions (with a dosage of 75IU/g (o.d.chips), 150min and 50℃ at pH 5.5), the tensile strength, burst strength and the tear strength were increased by 12.5%, 9.06% and 5.53% respectively; the brightness and opacity were also increased to a certain extent.
