WASHING OF ASPEN AUTO.CATALYZED ETHANOL-WATER PULP

摘要：

This paper discussed the washing methods of aspen auto-catalyzed ethanol-water pulp. The effect of ethanol concentration, washing temperature, liquor ratio and the number of stages on kappa number, yield and brightness of washed pulp were discussed by orthogonal experiment. Then the optimum washing conditions were chosen by combining the conditional experiment as washing temperature 60 ℃, liquid ratio 1:20, washing ethanol concentration 60％, 50％ and 40％ respectively of the three stages. The kappa number was 22.91 and yield of washed pulp was 87.38％ under these washing conditions.
