MECHANISM OF OXIDES ON SILICA RESTRAIN-TRANSFERRING DURING WHEAT STRAW PULPING
In this study, the mechanism of oxide added to soda-anthraquinone pulping process and precipitated onto the pulp of silica in wheat straw during pulping was investigated .The wheat straw slices from different heating times and wheat straw pulps from different cooking times were made for extensive study. First, the changes of the ash and silica content in these samples, as well as a variety of the delignification and hemicelluloses degradation were analyzed. Then several surface analysis instruments such as Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy (ESEM) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope (XPS) were utilized to analyze the surface characteristics and chemical constituents of the wheat samples. As a result of the data obtained, the oxide can give the best precipitation of silica onto pulp from 160℃,and the silicide of the pulp consists of organic silicide and inorganic silicide, but mainly was inorganic silicide.
