STUDY ON THE TECHNOLOGY AND MECHANISM OF FLUFF PULP FROM MASSONIANA LAMB
The technology and mechanism of fluff pulp from massoniana lamb was studied, including cooking, bleaching, fluffing bleaching pulp and manufacture of fluff pulp board, especially the last two aspects. In the experiment, the goal kappa number of fluff pulp is 24~28 to minimize cellulose degradation; pulp was bleached based on DEpDP, the bleached pulp was fluffed simultaneously in the H2O2 bleaching stage under high temperature, dosage of debonder is 0.1%~0.5%, and the pressure is 2MPa. The results showed that the length of self-made fluff pulp fiber is 2.45mm, the brightness is 85.56%ISO, the absorbance is 11.908g/g, the water absorbing speed is 2.212mm/s, and the bulk is 28.653cm3/g. All of them could meet the national superior product requirement and were almost the same as those of imported fluff pulp.
