STUDY ON IMPACT RESISTANCE OF MICROAEROBIC GRANULAR SLUDGE FOR PENTACHLOROPHENOL (PCP) DEGRADATION
It is an approving technology of microaerobic granular sludge to degrade pentachlorophenol (PCP) because aerobic oxidation and anaerobic reduction can simultaneously occur. In this paper, the capability of resisting pH and PCP loading impact of microaerobic granular sludge for pentachlorophenol (PCP) degradation was studied. The results showed it is little effect on the system under short-term impact, and the system returned to normal immediately; while large adverse effect occurred under long-term impact, and the system needed a long time to recover.
