SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION OF DEGRADING POLYOSE IN REED ETHANOL PULPING WASTE LIQUID

The separation and purification technology of the hemicelluloses in black liquor were investigated in this work. The black liquor was produced by the two-stage countercurrent cooking of reed ethanol. Then the liquor was distilled and the different fractions were analyzed as well (The total volume of waste liquor was 150mL). Results showed that the fractions at the four fraction segments was 8.2mL, 65.2mL, 28.38mL and 42.6mL respectively. The temperature and pH at each fraction were 85.3 , 98 , 101 , 104 and 4.56, 4.08, 2.71 ℃ ℃ ℃ ℃ and 2.50. The condition experiment was adopted to research the separation and purification of hemicelluloses in the residual solids of distillation. And the influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, and reaction solvent on the purity and extraction rate of hemicelluloses was researched. The optimum extraction condition was that the reaction temperature was 40 , the response was 155min, the reaction ℃ solvent was 1, and the 4-dioxane water solution (the bulk rate of 1,4-dioxane and water) was 1:1. The sample pH was adjusted to 12.30 with 10% KOH, then KBH4 was added to protect hemicelluloses. Deposit was gained through centrifugating after reacting 155min at 40 and the deposit was hemicellulose ℃ s. Under the optimum condition, the extraction yield of hemicelluloses was 60.1%, and the purity can reach 85.0%.
