STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIZATION OF INORGANIC FLOCCULANT AND THE DECOLORIZATION MECHANISM FOR CTMP WASTEWATER

摘要：

A new inorganic flocculant with Al and Ca (HF) was synthesized and the optimum conditions for the synthesis were disccussed. Applying HF for the decolorization of eucalyptus CTMP pulping wastewater, the results showed that HF had better effects on the removal of CODCr and color than other industrial flocculants, and the analyses by UV/VIS spectrometer, FT-IR and GC-MS showed that the machanism of good decolorization was due to the removal of phenolic compounds in the wastewater.
