DEPOSITS’ CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND FORMATION IN HEAT DISPERSION OF NEWSPAPER PRODUCING SYSTEM WITH WASTE PAPER DEINKING
In newspaper producing system with waste paper deinking, deposits of heat dispersion affect the quality of products and efficiencies of machines. After scales in heat dispersion were sampled, their compositions were determined through methods such as gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, iron chromatography and X-ray diffraction. Secondly, the formation mechanism of organic deposits and inorganic deposits were studied. Finally, the descaling property of adding energy was discussed. The study reveals that inorganic scales such as scales of calcium and silicon exist in deinking lines, and organic deposits accumulate in nets and sizing departments, and scales will dissolve when obtaining energy of the same frequency such as electric field, magnetic field, ultrasonic and micro waves. It provides a theoretical guidance for preventing and removing scales in the maintenance of key equipments.
