THE PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NEW HIGH-TEMPERATURE FIRE-RESISTANT INSULATION BOARD
With the aluminosilicate fibers as base material and preparing aluminosilicate fiber board by the process of wet forming vacuum filter and high temperature resistant adhesive bindering them, the board has refractory and high-temperature performance. The article researched the effects of the cycle time on the concentration of adhesive, cardboard bulk density, adhesive retention rate and the thermal conductivity under the certain adhesive concentrations or without the addition of glues. The experimental result showed that the best concentration of adhesive is 9.41%, cycle time is 28h (after that the glue must add), when the bulk density fiberboard for alumino silicate is 290±5kg/m3, the insulation board can be resistant up to 1200 ℃.
