THE INFLUENCE OF THE MODIFIED CORN STALK MARROW FOR THE PHYSICAL STRENGTH OF PAPER
The effect of the modified corn stalk marrow on physical strength of paper was studied in this paper. The exploration experiment proved that the physical strength of paper had been obviously improved. Compared with the original pulp, when the content of the acidity corn stalk marrow is 15 ％, the whiteness, tensile index, burst index, and tear index of the paper were increased respectively by 0.39％, 59.04％, 69.23％ and 74.67％. The corn stalk marrow was disposed by ClO2, the effect of reactive time and temperature of ClO2 disposed the corn stalk marrow for the physical strength of paper was researched under the experiment condition. The result indicates that tensile index, burst index, and tear index of the paper were improved respectively by 15.96％, 2.56％ and 24.89％ when the content of the ClO2 modified corn stalk marrow was 10％, ClO2 dosage was 25％, the time was 2h, the temperature was 85℃, and the physical strength of paper was good.
