THE EFFECT OF COMPOSITION OF THE THERMAL TRANSFER PAPER’S TRANSFER LAYER ON TRANSFER PROPERTIES
At present, the domestic thermal paper has such weaknesses as low transfer rate and poor image fidelity after being transferred. In order to resolve these problems, the transfer layer is researched in this paper. Plastics pigments (HP-1055) and nano-silicon dioxide are used as pigments, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and Latex of carboxyl styrene-butadiene rubber (XSBR) are used as adhesives. The transfer effect of laboratory-made transfer papers is as good as that of the market papers.
