OPTIMIZATION OF THE CONTROL OF HOT AIR EXCHANGING SYSTEM IN PAPER MACHINE DRYER SECTION
In order to reduce heat energy consumption and paper water fluctuation in dryer section, dynamic parameters of hot air exchanging system and heat energy saving principle were first systematically analyzed, and a new paper moisture control strategy was established. Study shows: a good control for zero-position is the premise of energy saving and stable production, an optimal supply air temperature is the key to ensure a good pocket environment, and the improvement of dry-wire material is a prerequisite to beyond the current limit value of exhaust-air dew point; the valve position control system, using both supply air and cylinder vapor pressure to stabilize sheet moisture and circulating air to stabilize hood environment, can make moisture fluctuation in sheet very small and the drying curve stable. So by optimizing the dryness setting value of paper, the amount of steam and water resources can be effectively saved.
