RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF PAPER，S CHARACTERISTICS ON PROOFING COLOR RENDERING
The thesis researches the relationship between fundamental characteristics of paper and color effect of proofing products. The test is to choose several typical digital proofing paper and measure their fundamental characteristics, and then print the standard color targets. By analyzing the results of color changing, we get the data of influencing factors in color quality and establish a theoretical system about the relationship between color rendering and the fundamental characteristics of paper. The conclusion is a guidance for printing enterprises to choose the suitable proofing paper for their respective demand, which could steady the color quality of digital proofing. On the other hand, the paper manufacturer could improve the performance of the digital proofing paper according to customers requirements, and make a better match between the digital proofing and printing colors.
